Our reasons for being in the financial services industry are deeply personal. We repeatedly saw many friends and family struggling to find the help they needed to map out their financial future. Mr. Smith (Rich) is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and is licensed as a General Securities Representative (Series 7), Investment Advisor Representative (Series 65 & 63), Investment Products/Variable Contracts Representative (Series 6), and a Direct Participation Program/Limited Partnerships Representative (Series 22).
He holds a Life and Health and Property and Casualty Insurance Licenses with the Texas Department of Insurance allowing for Tax Deferred Annuities, Life Insurance products, Disability, Home, Auto , Business and Long Term Care Insurance as well.
Originally from Oklahoma, Rich received his Masters of Business Administration (Concentrating in Accounting), in 1993 from East Texas Baptist University and is enrolled to practice before the IRS as an Enrolled Agent. He is married to his wife Sherrie and they have been together over 30 years after meeting in college. Sherrie works as a 911 paramedic in the community and has a deep love and compassion to help others. Together they have two daughters and twin grandsons that keep them occupied outside of their work lives.
Rich's desire to enter the Financial Services Industry began when he was in High School. He witnessed mistakes made by family members not preparing for the future. After experiencing these events in Financial Planning, Retirement, Insurance and Taxes, his heart lead him to not only serve his family with their financial issues, but to help others as well. Over thirty years later, he still enjoys helping and seeing the success of others.

Harlow Smith
Intern Shredder
Harlow is a very active miniature Goldendoodle and enjoys chewing and irritating her big sister Rossi. Currently, she is an intern in the shredding department and has proven to be a great asset to the team. We look forward to watching her growth and development in the future.
Judge "De'Menace" Smith
Head of Security
Judge is a German Shephard that was a lost stray. He is estimated to be around two years old. Due to his strength, we decided that he was a great fit for being our head of security. He is very friendly and likes back scratches and treats.
Rossi Rue Smith
Head of Entertainment
Rossi is a Lab Shephard mix that we found as a stray puppy only a few months old. She is now almost seven years old and enjoys chasing balls, playing catch, hunting flies, and cleaning floors. She attended Texas Tech University and earned her degree in human studies.
Wrigley T. Smith
Emotional Support Manager
Wrigley is a Fox Red English Lab and was a rescue when we got him. He is estimated to be around four to five years old. He enjoys, treats, belly rubs and is very friendly. His primary duty is to make sure everyone is happy and watch for squirrels and birds.
